Ease of Operation

Speed, angle, and pressure can be freely controlled.  The operator can numerically input the desired angle or manually dial the ram into position via a pulse generator handwheel.  Ram bottom position is automatically memorized providing for quick set-up.

3 Axis NC Control

An NC control is necessary for the large variety of parts found in small lot precision production.  The easy to operate 3 axis APB control provides for quick programming and machine control.  Standard features include a color CRT and 3.5” floppy drive for convenient program storage.

Angle Display Function

The angle of bend is digitally displayed when dialed in with the pulse generator allowing for easier and quicker set-up.

Automatic Backgauge Vertical Positioning

Three vertical positions can be input in each step for easier part gauging.

Bending Adjuster with Eccentric Shafts

The world’s first bending adjuster with eccentric shafts ensures ultra-high-precision bending.  This device allows the angle of the upper die mounting against the table surface to be freely and easily adjusted while monitoring and adjustment scale.
