Fahey Machinery offers a comprehensive warranty on all new machinery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified in the product documentation.


  • Parts: Replacement or repair of defective parts at no cost, subject to inspection and approval by Fahey Machinery.
  • Labor: Labor costs for warranty repairs performed by authorized Fahey Machinery service technicians are covered during the warranty period.
  • Support: Access to our dedicated technical support team for troubleshooting and guidance.

The warranty does not cover:


  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by non-authorized personnel.
  • Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts (e.g., blades, belts, filters).

    Claiming Warranty Service


    To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:


    1. Contact our warranty support team within the warranty period, providing your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
    2. Our team will evaluate the claim and may request additional information or inspection of the equipment.
    3. Upon approval, we will arrange for repair or replacement, as applicable, at no cost to you.
